SERVICES PROJECT DEVELOPMENT and EXECUTION We are prepared to work closely with Clients to develop and execute the project:
a. Take full charge and responsibility for developing detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, project execution and one year maintenance for all phases of the project. b. Act as Project Managers for developing, executing and bringing the project to successful completion within budget and as scheduled. c. If the Client elects to take full charge of the project by entering into a Contract and Agreement with a local contractor, then we will: i. Cooperate and coordinate any or all the following project activities. ii. Provide main equipment and materials. iii. Provide witness testing at manufacturer facilities for major equipment and materials. iv. Train local personnel for operation and maintenance of the project.
